Booking & support
Do I need a Japanese-speaking coordinator?
Yes — this is required. A Japanese-speaking coordinator (tour conductor or guide) must accompany your group throughout the charter to relay with the driver. If your group does not include one, we are regrettably unable to accept your booking.
Do you support English?
Yes — we handle your enquiry, quotation and all planning in English (with automatic translation behind the scenes). On the day of travel, your Japanese-speaking coordinator relays with the driver.
How do I get a quote?
Use the online fare simulator for an instant estimate, then submit the form. Our team confirms availability and sends a formal quotation — usually within two business days. There's no charge and no obligation.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially in spring (cherry blossom) and autumn (foliage) when demand peaks. That said, we'll always do our best for shorter-notice requests — just ask.
Pricing
How is the price calculated?
Charter bus fares in Japan follow a published tariff combining distance (per km) and time (per hour), plus the bus's repositioning to and from our depot. Our simulator estimates this instantly. A formal quotation confirms the final figure.
Are expressway tolls included?
Tolls are shown separately as an estimate and are normally paid by the customer on the day. They are not included in the fare total in the simulator.
Is the online estimate the final price?
It's a reliable ballpark based on the published tariff and map distances. After you submit your request, our team confirms availability and sends a formal quotation.
Vehicles & coverage
Which areas do you cover?
We operate nationwide from our Tokyo and Osaka/Kansai bases, covering all major airports and the popular Tokyo–Mt. Fuji–Kyoto–Osaka "Golden Route," as well as wider day and multi-day trips.
How many people can you carry?
From small groups in a microbus (up to about 21) to 60 passengers in a full-size coach. Enter your group size in the simulator and it will suggest a suitable vehicle.
Can you handle wheelchairs or special requests?
Yes — wheelchair-lift vehicles, salon seating, extra luggage space and English-speaking guide arrangement are available. Note your needs in the request form and we'll confirm options.
On the day
Will the driver speak English?
Our drivers speak only limited English, so a Japanese-speaking coordinator (tour conductor or guide) must travel with your group to relay on the day — this is required for every charter. All planning and quoting with us is done in English.
How do airport pickups work?
We meet your group in the arrivals hall, typically with a name board, help with luggage and drive straight to your destination. Just share your flight details when booking.
How do we pay?
Payment terms are confirmed with your formal quotation. We accept major credit cards. Expressway tolls are usually settled on the day.
