Charter bus fares in Japan follow a published tariff combining distance (per km) and time (per hour), plus the bus's repositioning to and from our depot. Our simulator estimates this instantly. A formal quotation confirms the final figure.

Tolls are shown separately as an estimate and are normally paid by the customer on the day. They are not included in the fare total in the simulator.

Cancellation fees are a percentage of the fare, based on how close to departure you cancel:

It depends on the vehicle: a large coach's underfloor hold fits roughly 32 suitcases (105L), 36 (85L) or 40 (65L); a medium bus has a smaller underfloor trunk (about 148cm wide × 90cm high); a microbus has no underfloor trunk, so bags mainly ride inside the cabin. Tell us your group size and luggage when you request a quote and we'll confirm what fits.

We operate nationwide from our Tokyo and Osaka/Kansai bases, covering all major airports and the popular Tokyo–Mt. Fuji–Kyoto–Osaka "Golden Route," as well as wider day and multi-day trips.

From small groups in a microbus (up to about 28) to 60 passengers in a full-size coach. Enter your group size in the simulator and it will suggest a suitable vehicle.

Our drivers speak only limited English, so a Japanese-speaking coordinator (tour conductor or guide) must travel with your group to relay on the day — this is required for every charter. All planning and quoting with us is done in English.

We meet your group in the arrivals hall, typically with a name board, help with luggage and drive straight to your destination. Just share your flight details when booking.

The charter fare is paid in full in advance, before your travel date — we do not collect the fare on the day. Expressway tolls are separate and are settled on the day. Payment details are sent with your formal quotation.

Smoking is not allowed on board, including e-cigarettes; please use the designated smoking areas at rest stops. Alcohol is allowed in moderation — please be considerate of the driver and other passengers.

No tipping is needed. Tips are not customary in Japan — a simple "thank you" (arigatō) is more than enough.
