Shrine grounds tend to be busiest between about 11am and 3pm on New Year's Day itself, and between about 10am and 4pm in the days that follow, so many groups charter an early-morning slot around 5 to 8am, or an evening slot after 6pm instead, when the approach roads and parking areas are calmer. Because New Year charters are among our busiest requests of the season, we recommend reaching out roughly three months ahead to help secure your preferred date and vehicle. Traveling Together, Smoothly
To keep communication clear throughout the day, a Japanese-speaking party leader must accompany the group on board. Shrine visits often mean standing outdoors while queues move slowly toward the entrance. Groups traveling in the colder months are encouraged to dress warmly, with layered coats and gloves making the wait far more comfortable. A warm drink or a small snack tucked in a bag makes the standing wait easier, too. Once the charter departs, the itinerary and route are fixed for the day, so we ask groups to confirm their shrine list and timing in advance. The bus doors open again at the shrine gate, and the group steps out together into the lantern light and the scent of incense drifting through the New Year crowd.

一日を通して明確なコミュニケーションを保つため、日本語を話せる団体リーダーの方に同乗いただく必要があります。神社参拝では、入口に向かってゆっくりと進む行列の中、屋外で立って待つことも多くなります。寒い時期に旅行するグループには、重ね着のコートや手袋を着用するなど、暖かい服装を心がけていただくと、待ち時間がずっと快適になります。温かい飲み物やちょっとした軽食をバッグに入れておくと、立って待つ時間も楽になります。チャーターが出発すると、その日の旅程とルートは固定されるため、事前に訪れる神社のリストと時間を確認いただくようお願いしています。バスの扉は神社の門前で再び開き、グループは提灯の灯りとお香の香りが新年の人混みの中に漂う中へ、一緒に足を踏み出します。
